I am the owner of a 2021 jeep grand cherokee l. i received notification of safety recall 89d, nhtsa campaign 26v-562, regarding a rear coil spring that may not be correctly installed and could detach from the vehicle while driving, creating a road hazard and risk of crash or injury. i contacted my dealership to schedule the repair. i was told the recall remains open and is listed as "incomplete, parts unavailable."
