The active head restraint (ahr) deployed without a collision while i was slowing to a traffic signal. my vehicle was travelling approximately 5-7mph and slowing to a traffic signal when the active head rest deployed, launching my head and trunk forward to the steering wheel. the jeep service representative informed me that this is a well-known issue and the nhtsa closed the investigation without ordering a recall

My power lift gate closed unexpectedly and at a pace faster than usual. the lift gate came down on my head and compressed my neck. i have not tried the power lift gate again for fear of it breaking and not being able to be closed. the power lift gate has been sticking shut and not opening some times.
