The screen in my vehicle which controls alot of the functions like temperature volume sos emergency calls is experiencing delamination cause the screen to ghost touch things which is a safety hazard when driving in the event of an accident i wont be able to press the button on the screen for help

The dashboard material has come loose and bubbled up. this issue is concerning in that: 1) the structural integrity of the dashboard itself is uncertain; failed adhesive alone can't account for this (my photo doesn't do it justice), 2) if allowed to continue, the material has the potential to fully come loose, thus leading to disruption of the visual field to safely see, and 3) materials and debris have the potential
