Steering shake at 55mph, seems to go away after tires have warmed up. tried road force balance with no help.

I am not sure this qualifies but i will submit the problem. all of a sudden, the center console display disappeared. besides showing the radio tuner, it provides access to the gps, cell phone connection and other devices. it also provides access to the backup camera which does light up when put in reverse. the cell phone connection provides hands free use of the phone which comes in handy during an emergency.
