Rear a/c stopped working at 8k miles. took it in under warranty. they have zero motors in the u.s. and have not provided a solution. i can not safely transport our children or an elderly woman in 100 degree heat without a/c. they say it is still usable and will not guarantee to pay for rental.

The ford dealer where i bought this vehicle denies that there is a safety recall for this vehicle. that is christina, service depart, auto nation ford, littleton, colorado this recall states that i should not drive the vehicle until the recall has been serviced. i am unable to get ford to honor the recall.
