2019 Honda Accord: recalls and problems

The head gasket failure on the 2019 honda accord 1.5l resulted in loss of power while the vehicle was being driven, the vehicle could no longer accelerate normally or maintain power when needed. we had trouble accelerating to clear intersection making it extremely difficult to reach the shoulder and get out of the path of other drivers. please investigate.
