2016 Ford Fusion: recalls and problems

My antifreeze and oil keep going empty after driving the car after so many days..... there is no leak on the ground, and i do not smell anything inside the cab. no lights are on the dash i took it and has them plug it in just incase and the only thing that came back as a possible issue is the brake pad. otherwise they said there was no issue however, there is an issue and no one can seem to figure out what it is!
