I am reporting a potential safety defect involving the hvac air vent assemblies in my 2022 ford expedition. i have now had two separate vent directional-control/deflector handles break during normal use. the plastic attachment points are extremely thin and fragile and appear inadequate for a component specifically designed to be routinely adjusted. this does not appear to be an isolated incident. broken hvac vent co
